Payment and shipping information
A. Shipping costs and information:
A shipment of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. The shipping is done with DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
I. Shipping within Germany:
Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can see the shipping weight for each item on the detail page: Packages
up to 2 kg: 7,99 Euro; Packages up to 5 kg: 9,99 Euro.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

up to 2 kg: 16,99 Euro; Packages up to 5 kg: 18,99 Euro.
If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail (hello@viram.info) before ordering and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). I. For shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the total invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
2. Payment service provider PayPal
Only a few steps to payment:
1. Choose “PayPal” as payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. After that you will be redirected back to us (www.viram.info).
C. Delivery time information:
Shipping is done with DHL Standard. The following delivery times apply for the corresponding countries:

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
